Exchanges must provide support beyond enrollment

Responding to this growing consumer demand for more choice in medical decision-making, we will integrate services from ConsumerMedicalTM into our RightOpt® private health exchange to help people make wiser healthcare decisions. Combining our use of integrated data with ConsumerMedical’s expertise allows RightOpt to deliver relevant, personal guidance to patients seeking quality, cost-effective treatment for their conditions.

RightOpt has a suite of healthcare solutions centered on improving health and wellbeing, 365 days a year. RightOpt helps employers reduce their healthcare costs while also improving employee and dependent health outcomes through its methodical approach to wellbeing and engagement.

The new services will be available to current RightOpt clients later this year and will be built into the solution for new clients by 2017. Initially, the services will focus on providing information and education to patients in musculoskeletal, gynecological and obesity management categories, with the ability to expand into additional categories in the future.
